How do I edit, deactivate, reactivate or delete a vehicle?

In Settings›Vehicle Tracking›Vehicles, click the three-dot menu next to a vehicle. Active vehicles can be edited or deactivated; inactive vehicles can be restored or deleted.

Edit a vehicle

1. Click the three-dot menu next to the vehicle and select Edit.

2. Make your changes and click Save.

Deactivate a vehicle

Deactivate a vehicle you won't use for a while. Its profile is kept for later.

1. Click the three-dot menu next to the vehicle and select Make Inactive.
2. Click Yes to confirm. The vehicle moves to the Inactive Vehicles list.

To deactivate several at once, check the boxes next to them (or the box in the Name header to select all), then click Actions›Make Inactive.

Reactivate a vehicle

1. Click Actions›View Inactive.

2. Click the three-dot menu next to the vehicle and select Restore.

3. Click Yes to confirm. The vehicle moves back to Active Vehicles.

4. Review the profile and update it if needed, including its GPS device.

Delete a vehicle

Delete only vehicles you no longer need or added by mistake. Deleting is permanent.

1. Deactivate the vehicle first.

2. Click Actions›View Inactive.

3. Click the three-dot menu next to the vehicle and select Delete.

4. Click Yes to confirm.
