Release 86.5 (September 14, 2023)

Release 86.5 warns office users when a job's status changed while they had it open, moves field notes and customer tags on the job page, adds an option for pinned notes on invoices, and logs deleted jobs.

Warning when a job's status changed while it was open

Before, if an office user dispatched a job and left it open in edit mode as Not Started, and the tech then started it in the mobile app, saving the job in the office changed the status back to Not Started. Now, when the office user closes the job, a message says the job status has changed and asks how to proceed.

Field notes on the Job Info tab

Field notes used to have their own tab. They now appear in the bottom-right corner of the Job Info tab. To see the history of changes to field notes, open the Job history tab.

Customer tags only on the Job Info tab

Customer tags used to show on every tab of a job. On the Add New Job and Edit Job pages they now show only on the Job Info tab, so the Employee(s), Tasks and Job history tabs show only their own information.

Automatically add pinned notes to invoice

Before, the setting Automatically add job notes to invoice carried both field notes and site/pinned notes over to the invoice. A new option, Automatically add pinned notes to invoice, lets you carry over only pinned/site notes when a job is converted to an invoice.

Deleted jobs logged in Job history

Before, no report showed who deleted a job or when. Now the deleted job's information shows on the Job history tab, so you can keep track of your jobs and admins can manage the permissions given to office users.
